The founder of Gluten-Free World needed a digital home base combining an editorial recipe hub with a clean e-commerce store ahead of a strict product launch event. We mapped the user journeys, designed a component-driven system, and delivered a production-ready Webflow platform in 10 days.

The project required marrying two distinct user experiences—high-quality editorial publishing and seamless checkout flows—without letting one crowd out the other. With an upcoming launch event locking down the schedule, the site also required perfect technical SEO, clean semantic code, and instant search indexing right out of the gate.
A modular Webflow CMS architecture built for speed and autonomy
We engineered a shared navigation system to unify the editorial and store tracks clearly. Instead of designing isolated pages, we built twelve reusable Webflow components. This modular layout enabled lightning-fast development, guaranteed identical visual quality across all templates, and left the client with a system they could update independently.

Architecture & Visual Systems
Mapped the dual-track user flows for both the CMS recipe directory and the e-commerce checkout. Established a premium visual identity using a crisp serif typeface for content, geometric sans for the UI elements, and a clean four-color palette.

Component Development & CMS Build
Assembled the twelve core layout components inside Webflow. Configured the underlying CMS collections for recipes, individual products, and variants, while mapping backend fields straight to dynamic meta descriptions and Open Graph tags.

Optimization, Review & Handover
Converted all media assets to WebP formats for faster global CDN delivery. Generated and submitted the custom XML sitemap directly to Google Search Console and provided the founder with a 30-minute operational walk-through before the live launch.
